  1. Lemon: You can use it in juice form. Take lukewarm water and squeeze one lemon in it. Drink this daily and you can also drink this lemon water throughout the day.
  2. Turmeric: This is a wonderful herb used for many purposes as it acts as an anti-oxidant. Take a half teaspoon of turmeric and a half teaspoon of honey. Mix this mixture and eat it every day for keeping your gall bladder healthy.
  3. Green tea: The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of green tea prevent the formation of gall stones. Drink two cups of green tea daily.
