3. Kapha Allergy Type
These are usually pollen-based allergens, mostly aggrivates during spring season. Symptoms are like hay fever, cough, cold, congestion, sinus infection, runny nose and eyes, and sleeping problems. Heaviness in the stomach is created if digestion is affected in this allergy. Kapha aggravating foods are yogurt, milk, cheese, watermelon, and cucumber.
